Returns

How does a return work?

Please call your O'Reilly customer service team at 636.939.6060.

We'll look up your order number or last name to review your order. We'll ask you to send back the items you would like to return to our office. Once we receive your goods, we'll refund you for those items. In the meantime, you can place a new order while you are waiting for the refund, or you can place a new order after the refund.
