How do I place an order? 

If you are apart of the Field Apparel Program, a personal account has ALREADY been set up for you. You do NOT need to "CREATE AN ACCOUNT", in fact you are not able to create an account.

Please log in by clicking on "My Account" or "Sign In" near the top of the page. You will log in using your O'Reilly email address and password (password information was communicated via email to eligible TMs). Once signed in, you can view information regarding your account, under "Account Details", including credit balances. Please proceed to "My Account" or "Sign In".


What if I do not know my username and/or password? 

The first question we will ask you is "IF" you are apart of the Field Apparel Program.  If you are not, you can find O'Reilly logoed merchandise at the Corporate Apparel Program found on TeamNet.

When do I receive my annual allotment of shirt allowance?

That's a great question!  Each participant receives $50 on the anniversary of their effective date.  Team members new to these positions receive an initial shirt allowance to build their wardrobe, and everyone in the approved positions receive an annual allowance to spend on apparel needs. 


What are my payment options?

You have two options for payment methods, you can use your shirt allowance now or save it for future orders as well as use your personal credit card. 


What if I am having trouble logging into my account?

There are a few things you can do on your own to problem solve the issue.  First, double check your e-mail address.  An account as been set up for you and you must use your exact work e-mail address to log in. 

If you are unsure of your e-mail address or password, you can contact your O'Reilly Department Administrator to confirm both as they originally sent out your username/password information via email to eligible TMs.

When should I expect my order?

Since these items are ordered and decorated to your custom specification, typical delivery time is approximately 21 days

When your custom apparel choice is received at our facility, we schedule and decorate to your specification within a week.  Our goal is to always deliver your custom order within a 2 -3 week period. If your item is on backorder or other factors cause a delay, we will contact you.

How long do I have to return my items?

We are happy to accept returned garments for 45 days from your order date.
